Rain in London

I can't believe the rain in London. Sometimes it feels like you're on a movie set and you're just waiting for a bus or a big 4x4 to come by and splash you (A Sex in the City moment.) This mini lake was right in front of TopShop and they had just finished the road works but they forgot a drain!
