Georgia Hardinge AW 13 - The Book Collection

I've been using Georgia Hardinge's clothes for fashion shoots for quite a few years but this is the first season that I felt I could really wear so many looks from the collection. Georgia's signature style is very sculptural - this season the prints look very 3-D. They are very clever and really flatter the body. I love her "book prints" - Georgia uses a Shakespeare print, a dahl print and newspaper print. The fabrics used are pure silk: chiffon, crepe de chine, silk jersey as well as wool and cotton shirting. It's great to see a bit of colour for Autumn Winter - blues, mustard yellow and black and white.

This 'pleat' is pressed into the shirt so it's 3-d and not a print!

Georgia Hardinge has quite a celebrity following including Florence, Jess Mill, Paloma Faith, Nicole Scherzinger and I used her garments for the most recent PR shots for Kate Nash, and for the Girl Talk album cover as well!
