Fashion Weekend Skopje

Today I'm off to Skopje to participate in the 10th edition of Fashion Weekend Skopje, from the 23rd to the 27th of October at various locations through the city including the salon Audi-Porsche Macedonia. I'll be giving a 5 day workshop on Fashion Blogging, Social Media and Branding, and participating in panel discussions with Robert Cavell-Clarke from “Not Just A Label”,  Kendall Robbins - Program Manager for fashion in the British Council London and the team from the Macedonian fashion online portal Stylist.mk. I will also be having an exhibition of my work at the salon Audi-Porsche Macedonia.

It should be an exciting week as there are lots of shows and designers including: Thai-based Macedonian designer Jovan Petrovski for Squire (menswear) and Blackout will open the event, Jovana Filipovic, “Vibrazioni” by Aleksandra Mitkovsk, Lidiya Georgieva, Rosica Mrsik, MCouture by Mila Kadriu, Olivera Stakoska, Irina Toseva supported by My:time, Nikola Petrovski, Le brand, Stefanija Naseska and Olgica Gorgieva supported by Oxette. The fashion labels HERA, Ines Shaban, JZJ by  Zlatko Jovanovski and Kufer by Andriana Dineva will all show for the first time at Fashion Weekend Skopje.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Serbian designer Ivana Pilja's show as I've borrowed her pieces for a shoot for Fault magazine in London and I really like her work. In partnership with Belgrade Fashion Week as part of the project “Zona45”, Ivana Pilja who has dressed celebrities Lily Allen and Dita von Teese will close the event.
