Fashion in Motion - Jenny Packham at the V&A

I love the V&A - I think it's such a romantic place. I attended Fashion in Motion - celebrating 25 years of Jenny Packham. It was the perfect place to see some of the most romantic dresses. After graduating from Central St Martins with a first class honors degree in fashion, Jenny Packham went on to establish her own design house in 1988. Quite a few years back I saw a Jenny Packham show that was held at the Opera - since then she has been showing in New York. It was quite a fun night as most of the audience was family and friends and people who loved fashion. I met several grandmothers and granddaughters and quite a few tourists. There were several shows throughout the day and I attended the evening show - you know it's going to be a good show when the backstage team is cheering before the show begins - that vibe creates such an excitment throughout the crowd.
